Contact Us
The best way to get support for one of our games is to use the messaging system built into the game, which means that we can get some context as to what the problem might be. Alternatively, you can request support using the form below. If you have a business enquiry, please email David.
Please do contact directly if...
You need development work to create a game, app, or other technical creation.
You have a sales channel or promotion website and would like to include our apps
You are a hardware manufacturer/distributer and would like to include our apps
You are a media member or reviewer and want to review any of our games or know more about them (or us!)
You’re another game developer and you want to work on a cross-promotion (we love those!)
You are a supplier of tea, beer, hobnobs, pizzas or fudge, and you would like to provide your products to us for ‘testing’.
Perhaps contact if...
You’re a freelance musician, sound designer, 2D or 3D artist, who would like us to keep you in mind for future projects (we absolutely don’t have any current requirements though.)
You are an advertising network who can get us promotion and installs at an economic rate ( <= $0.05 per install, otherwise it just won’t work for us )
You have an advertising network and would like to have us advertise for you – though we’re only interested in ads if we can hook it into our mediation system (currently Fyber and Appodeal).
Sorry, No!
We don’t have any job vacancies, internships, or work experience placements available. We have provided these in the past, but now we’re just too small – follow us on Twitter for any change in this!
We are not interested in any contact whatsoever from recruitment agencies. We have no vacancies. If your candidate was truly exceptional (aren’t they always?), they’d have read this page already, and understood ‘we don’t have any job vacancies’.
We’re not looking to outsource any development work (or indeed anything technical!) out to another company. We do our own development (apps, games, website, servers, databases), thankyou very much! We also do our own QA testing and customer support.
We’re not wanting to buy paid installs of our games, thanks, nor for paid blog articles or paid reviews (we don’t approve!)
We don’t need : Watercoolers, cleaning services, phones, mobile phones, internet connectivity, vehicles, stationery supplies, websites, server hosting, SEO services, ASO Services, analytics, monitoring, marketing tools, QA services, web design, translation services, customer support services, HR, admin, accounting, legal, investment advice, recruitment assistance, marketplace empowerment, user acquisition innovation acceleration, or any other services whether listed or not!
If your ‘sales pitch’ email consists of dot.com-esque buzzword bingo, we absolutely don’t need it, but we will happily help you locate a comfortable position on the Ark Fleet Ship B between the telephone sanitisers and hairdressers.
